Grand Bassa County, Liberia – Hon. Karyou Johnson, Superintendent of Grand Bassa County, has been awarded the Certificate of Recognition and Honor as the “Most Outstanding Superintendent of Grand Bassa County of 2026.” The honor was presented by Citizens United for Better Liberia (CUBEL) in collaboration with the Liberian Media Network.
